Pain of the victim

by Enaid Blaidd   Aug 15, 2011

This pain inside, feels ever so strange.
It brings memories back that are best forgotten.
I know it's not a pain natural to this world.
For none should ever feel it's power.

Ripping, tearing through my body fatally.
The anguish travels to my very core.
All the happiness that was once known to me.
Has been devoured along with any hope to escape.

Exhausted there i lay slain, nailed high into the sky.
Body limp and cold to the touch.
Finally the freedom that i have craved for.
But in the darkness they await.

Lurking in the depths of the shadows.
Unseen to any with human eyes.
I am blind stumbling through my eternity.
waiting as bait for my everything to end.
