Coloured Dream

by Gavin   Aug 22, 2011

Timeless waters engulf our drowsy imagination
Where dreams are made and lost
We dive headlong into the gallimaufry of Alice blue
And here is where movements are otiose

You are bound, bereft of will-forced into Elysium
Paradise has infected your narcotic dream
She catches you unaware; ghosts expunge you back to indecisive darkness
The apparition of three ambiguous roads seizes you

Now where does your dream go?
Space-time has deceived you- dream and all
Baroque reality suggested you move- colour blossoms dull
Complacent, contented, colourless: dream-time wanes violently

Go catch the sliver of rose on the river's shimmering surface!

Then Paradise will give in
Ghosts surge your inert imagination
Time ignite your late existence

And you will find your coloured dream

Wow, I felt as though I was on an acid trip reading this... a very bizarre, yet entertaining write. :)

I found this to be very different , in a good way. I liked the format of it and your wording was excellent. It was chilling and dark just as it should have been
    good job
