Those days when you just feel depressed and sad,

Everyone and everything makes you mad.

Waking up, feeling like the world's upside down...

When your happy smiles just turn into frowns.

Giving the cold shoulder to everyone you meet,

Just need someone to lift you up from your feet.

Sitting on your bed looking at the stars,

Just hoping happiness isn't too far.

By yourself in a lonely dark world,

Thinking that your emotions have been whirled.

Trying to find out why life is so difficult,

and wishing to change everything if you could.

I just want someone to hold me,

that one person to set me free.

To erase all the painful feelings,

But it's only God that does all that healing.
