Mirror Mirror

~Mirrors
Mirror, Mirror, on the wall,
Can you catch me if I fall?
I look at you, its plain I see.
The person that I'm trying to be.
She's locked up inside my chest,
My bony ribs a caging crest.
I close my eyes I see that girl,
Once upon I time she was the world.
The girl with her head in her dreams,
So beautiful to all, it seems.
I open up, we're up-side-down.
The girl inside has lost her crown.
Now I am here, the world is cruel.
Where people die and leaders rule.
But we have friends, they are our sword,
To fight the cruel, and become a lord.
But just remember as you push on,
Never forget why they are gone.
Although maybe they want to hurt you,
Maybe they're a little hurt, too.
So I've learned, Mirror on the wall,
Love many, trust few, but be kind to all.
