I'd recommend you to change the format to the following as it'd be more appealing:

I wake up every Monday,
with a big smile on my face,
I can't wait to see you,
you make my day.
I always think about you,
you're always with me,
always smiling at me
and when I catch you looking
looking at me.
I don't know what to think,
don't know what to do.
Do you like me?
Because I like you.

This way it flows better. I like the message of this poem and the feelings. This is definately heartfelt and I think that the emotions are powerful. The simplicity of this piece is quite nice aswell.
