Stuck in Love.

by MyaEve   Sep 2, 2011

Stuck in a box of misery,
With only windows to see,
The perfect little world,
That has mimicked me.

I was a little girl who loved,
But is now stuck in a house of hate,
With broken laughs lingering,
And a dark soulless fate.

Prepared for death as it lies,
On my broken and cold heart.
Tragedies made in the bed I sway in,
Where young love was torn apart.

~~~~~~
I'd like to say that this poem was written,
for me.
Because when I was little,
I had a nightmare,
about a girl,
who's family got torn apart,
because her parents made a mistake,
Of having children so young,
and the relationship failed.
She was stuck in the house
her parents owned,
because all she knew,
was that love only existed,
where it was made.
Never once did she leave that house,
She was born there,
Lived there,
And died there.
    I see your name in a lot of the poems I have commented on and decided to see some of yours.
    this poem was sad to the extend of being heartbreaking. You did an excellent job with the flow and rhyme. Good job
