This is a really heartfelt poem, that flows quite well. The emotions are strong and seem really honest. I also like how you dealt with the situation and ended up writing this well worded poem.

Emotion pours through out this poem.

He was a prisoner of disease
And now free from the pain
As the tears fall from my eyes
I remember his face again

This shows how strongly you love him & how even though it hurts, you're happy that hes in a better place pain free forever watching over you.<3

I take it that this person has passed away from Cancer??? One of my uncles passed away from cancer. It is horrible to see them go through something like this. It drains the life out of them.

This is my fav stanza in the poem. "In my reflection forever" - I immediately thought relative and you mentioned on one of my poems you had lost your father. So very sorry

It flows so well and really touched me.
