One Piece of Paper

Our memories,
are killing me inside,
tearing me to tiny little shreds of nothing,
i found the paper,
where we wrote down how much we love each other,
how we were gonna get married,
spend eternity together.

Tears fill my eyes,
pouring down my face,
i look in the mirror,
picturing how you used to wipe away my tears,
tell me I'll never let anything hurt you,
when in the end,
you were the one to destroy me.

My soul is gone,
my heart is shattered beyond repair,
one piece of paper,
that held so much meaning,
that shows how true our love was,
how we used to be,
when nothing but you & i mattered.

Our memories,

left me with such misery,
driving me into a deep blue depression,
one piece of paper,
held more meaning then anybody knew,
brought tears to my eyes,
pain to my heart,
memories of us through my mind,
& how much you killed me.
