Blame Game

by Dave   Sep 9, 2011

Why do you always put the blame on me
I'm trying to understand the situation can't you see
I want to believe you but you won't talk
If I keep asking questions you say you will walk
All you care about is the stress this brings you
What about my pain and sadness, this affects me too
When you have doubts with me I'm an open book
I answered every question no matter how long it took
If you really love me you would treat me the same
stop being so quick to end us, this isn't a game

Wow, I totally know how this feels. But I've also been guilty of doing this. I can see both sides, but neither of them feel good. It had a very good flow and good word usage. All in all a great piece. 5/5

The poem is great. Just try adding some commas, periods and some question marks when you state a question. Aside from that is good.

I did like your personal approach to the age old problem of casting blame. I could not help but think of the pain I myself was in when I wrote Adam's Rib

Well done. The poem ended with a strong finish Love is not a game

    I agree with her(:.

Amazing poem. Love isn't a game, its a beautiful thing between 2 people, that is something you should cherish.
This poem pours emotion, flows perfectly & shows how much you care and that you don't want things to end, but only work out :)
    5/5
