Life's were lost
and we all suffered the tragedy
of the events that took place
on 9/11

The Heroes were brave
their life's lost
saving thousands of life's
in return

They are greatly honored
to this very day
with each September eleventh
that passes each year

We all suffer
and join together
also knowing that terrorist
will pay

We all suffer
but the families
of the lost
I feel have suffered more

We will remember always
of that very day
when our hearts gave way
and became broken hearted
