Rania

by Michael D Nalley   Sep 17, 2011

O my queen thou hast made time for me
Though I am more a sinner than a saint
We must always strive for divinity
Trying desperately to be what we aint

God in his wisdom, worthy of all our love
Has created a universe for us all
As He smiles down from heaven above
Must we not answer His divine call?

Together we may master challenges with ease
As the seasons of our lives are slowly turned
While autumn blows a gentle breeze
Where summer's passion once burned

A monk wears a hood, and a lady wears a bonnet
The author writes a book, a poet writes a sonnet
