Long Lost Love

by believeinlove87   Sep 18, 2011

Take me to outer space,
where the stars shine brightly through the sky,
asteroids soar through the galaxy,
traveling the milky way,
looking for our long lost love.

Where is he hiding,
in the rings of Jupiter,
the redness of mars,
rotating with the suns orbit,
or maybe,
on top of the north star.

Come to me she sings,
playing each star like a musical note,
sending the beautiful song throughout the galaxies,
hoping her love,
finds her waiting in the craters of the moon.

Shooting stars circling her,
closing her eyes tightly,
making a wish to find him,
opening her eyes,
stands her long lost love,
radiating from the north star.

Finally,
together at once,
traveling through out the milky way,
bouncing from star to star,
making a home on the fluorescent planets,
forever together,
there long lost loves.
