If only

If I knew back then what I know now
I woulda turned my life around
Sure I have more experience now
But nothing else to show

If someone would have told me
This is where I'd be
I'd call them crazy and refuse to believe
But now I'd do it all so differently

Still I can't go back in time
Or find a way to make things right
Years gone by, wasted, taken for granted
If only I had known what I know now

I gotta believe things would be different somehow
