Alluring notes enwrap the heart
An enchanted melody of pure art
Softly and gently it caresses the soul
Ensnares you in slumber as it she sweetly consoles
Like two lovers plight for burning passion
Her voice seduces with tender compassion
Your conscience a prisoner in Hypnos's cave
The eyes become slumber's eternal slave
A drop from the river Lethe she holds
That leaves the soul a numbing cold
Her song entices the weary body
As she entreats the soul to disembody
Forever a prisoner to her inviting embrace
