Feels Like Home...

Here
I am
Back again
Among my friends
It feels just like home
Makes me happy inside
Warms my very heart and toes!
Makes me smile like a cheshire cat
Here I will stay till the setting sun...

*I wrote this poem a while ago for a poetry challenge... but never got to submitting it as I wasnt sure of it. But now I want to submit it but cant remember the form! Can anyone help? ...

The form was using 1 syllable in line 1, 2 in line 2 and 3 in line 3 and so on using 9 lines.

    this is a Nonet. A poem that has nine lines. First line 1 syllable. Syllables rise 1 x each line.

    The poem feels positive and has a nice sunny imagery about it.

    Here is the form Olwin

    The poetry form, Etheree, consists of 10 lines of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 syllables. Etheree can also be reversed and written 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Get creative and write an Etheree with more than one verse, but follow suit with an inverted syllable count.

    Reversed Etheree: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

    Double Etheree: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 10, 9, 8, 7, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

    ...Triple Etheree, Quadruple Etheree, and so on!

    This verse seems so appropriate now, brings smiles to me. That is a good thing.
