Deep Down And Inside

by You Can Speak But I Can Rhyme   Oct 1, 2011

Tears; they fall;
Like water; cold and wet;
Like rains without a shelter;
I'm that bird in this life;
Without a feather...

I keep it inside;
It keeps growing as i try to hide;
It's of no use; they fail to understand;
Feelings; broken and fallen;
In this wasteland...

Smile; this little trick;
Has worked like magic without a wand;
Hand; without anybody to hold;
Feels like it's slit from the wrist...

No pain; no feeling;
They won't know a thing;
It's inside that dark hole;
Where many have fallen and grown weak...

Stolen of their dignity and existence;
Treated inferiorly and acted as if absent;
Words may have come for the last time;
For It's a lot better to keep it inside...
