At Sea Again

by Melissa   Oct 1, 2011

It's apparent our tide is moving
in big waves of opportunity

I should take mine,
just plummet in
and swim in the mystery of your sea
claim it as my own
while blowing fishes kisses
as though they were just passing friends

for when your splash slaps me back
into verity,
I drown in the notion
of your arms never rescuing me
