Grief Perpetual

by ADEL   Oct 1, 2011

Forgive me though I shall decide
the moment of my suicide,
the hour my soul shall fade
of the hills and the tide

The day I no longer sight
the beam of night,
the dark of day
and the dim of light

The noon I no longer run
beneath the sun,
laden with joy
stepping for fun

The eve I check no more
the lock of door,
the shutter of windows
and the cracking floor

Forgive me I no longer write
a sin white,
of virtue wrong
and fault right.

Your poems are always so dark and full of gloom, I await the day when I see a ray of hope and happiness in them.
