From forest to jungle
From sunrise to sunset
He loved her immensely with every breath
When they were together
He felt free and alive
Like a bird slicing through the skies
She was his special drug
Always making him feel high
The touch of her lips
Made his very skin tingle
With every kiss
A spark of electricity
Flew through his veins
His heart was always hungry
Wanting her more
And more of her love
But she was also his weakness
Without her, he could not function
Leaving him vulnerable to his enemies
His glass jaw was most fragile
Always the first to be broken
In agony
With all the strength he had left
He cried out to his love
Begging for her solace
Only she could rescue him from his fate
But it was far too late
The only mistake he ever made
Was loving her
His love was no longer a beauty but a vixen
Her piercing green eyes became a dark murky brown
And as tears lazily rolled down her plum rosy cheeks
She turned to him
Stared into his steel blue eyes
And stabbed him straight into his heart
