Flowing River: Fast and Furious Friends

As dawn breaks over Mid-East land
this tired Texan bids all goodnight
with thanks to Abby for putting on
stunt that makes friendships tight
even though my product is bland
from brain drained of all that's bright
yet finding fellows revel in nutting on
idiotic fun makes pain feel right.

    Oh Larry, the last two lines hit home for me.
    Amazing portray of what we have experienced (time difference, loving Abby for the contest, anticipation.,.) and still, we nailed it :)

    This would've been the perfect ending poem for that contest. It includes everything that this contest has done to us: exhaustion, friendship, fun. I just wanted to say a "well done" to the members of LTFR, it was fun battling with all of the clubs. :)
