Larry I absolutely love this because it reminds me so much of my relationship with my mum because she taught me things like right from wrong, the birds and the bees etc and I'd listen but not exactly be there if that makes sense as I'd be in a world of my own so to speak where I'm always right and she was wrong but since I've grown up I realise that I wasn't always right but because my mum's one of the best (I know many will say it) she let me make my own decisions and learn from my own mistakes and I'll admit if I'm half the woman she is then I'm doing something right. This brought back so many memories, thank you

I Know You Wrote This Awhile Ago,
Although I Still Love It.

It Reminds Me Of My Dad And I.
We Would Always Argue About Who Is Wrong Or Right. (I Would Always Be Right, No-matter What He Says) ;]

I Love How Short And Sweet This Is.
I'm Not Really Into Poems That Drag On And On.
I Wish I Could Say So Much, In So Little, As You Did.

I Hope To Be As Good Of A Writer As You One Day :)

I love this poem!

It may be a short poem but so much is said with a few words...

I am imagining that Jess being your daughter and you're trying to teach her the right things from wrong - To raise her to be the perfect daughter and woman but she never listens.

I can see you talking to her and she interupts your every word.

Unfortunately this kind of reminds me of how I was with my parents
