Death

by MARIA   Oct 11, 2011

Oh death
You brought us shame
Through death
That was not our aim.

Oh death
You are so heartless
You took away the breath
Which left us less.

We were not prepared
When you came unto us
We are still unprepared
But it happened to us.

I say to you
Be gone
A warning for you
Get lost

Oh death
You brought us sadness
How could you take a breath
And bring us madness.

We shall go and pay the last respect
For our lost lover
Our family shall connect
For comfort and recover.

Do not pay us a visit anytime soon
We will not be ready for you
You like coming in the afternoon
This time do not come in June.
