Gothica

by Misfit Silentts   Oct 12, 2011

Dark trees sway.
Floor boards creek.
Nothing makes much of a sound.
Nothing really speaks.
It's my perfect paradise.
My utopia.
My land of the dark.
My gothica.
In this world,
I am finally found.
You can leave if you want,
but you see I am bound.
Silhouettes fill
every corner you see,
as we walk hand in hand
You and Me.

This is very good; although the ending lost me a little bit because of the line 'You can leave if you want.' My favorite was 'In this world, I am finally found. You can leave if you want, but you see I am bound.' It was just so strong. I often feel I am bound to darkness as well so it really spoke to me. But I loved this piece. 5/5

Kinda like a dark love in a grey place. Very nice. Reminds me of Sally and Jack from Nightmare Before Christmas.
