Sorry you are having to go through a breakup, nothing worse in the whole world regardless of your age. I see you are new to the site and not sure if you are new to writing as well. You did a good job with the rhymes, presenting your message. There were just a few places where it could have read smoother. All in all you did a good job. If you are new to writing, keep at it you have potential.
