Dearest, love of my life.

On the side of hope, and heartfelt words;

I want you to see my name.

I know that sooner or later,

Your words will turn to pain.

Tears, and never ending cries,

Lies; and all those sleepless nights.

I cant hold on to you much longer,

So I wanted You to just know;

That whenever you turn your back-

I'm that much closer to the road.

To be honest, I'm not happy.

Its been A while since I told the truth.

My head tells me to forget,

Although my heart points straight to you.

    I would make this into a whole poem instead of breaking it up line for line. this is a really good poem. i love the imagery. i read it over and over to feel what you were feeling. keep up the good work 5/5

    I love love this poem. How much you love him shows through, wanting to make it right, but knowing whatever happens he will always have your heart.
    This flowed perfectly & was flawless.
