The Dreaded Addiction

by believeinlove87   Oct 19, 2011

Its back,
that dreaded addiction she has,
looking in the mirror,
hating her reflection,
the site of her body disgusts her,
needing to slim down,
when in reality shes already to skinny.

The horrible mental disease
known as bulimia,
playing a trick with her eyes,
trying to push down her stomach,
sucking it in as she walks,
covering up with huge sweaters,
hoping no body will see her.

Eating to cause no suspicions,
secretly running off to the bathroom,
disposing every single last bite,
staring in the mirror,
telling herself,
how can you live with yourself
looking this way,
you're nothing but a cow.

Its back,
the dreaded addiction she has,
slowly killing her,
losing weight faster then her
body can process,
dizzy when she stands up,
her eyes seeing something shes not,
her life withering away,
this will be the death of her.
