opened them back up
to find your eyes scream sincerity
I listened to everything
caught in your spell so quickly
it took a long time
for my eyes to give my heart help
what I was scared of
you being with someone else
flashbacks of what you said
of the future lies I've received
no trust means we have to break
since I have been deceived
six months later
and I barely remember your name
now you're suddenly sorry
that you've caused me much pain
but I've healed your from wounds
and forgot every ounce of hurt
