It is funny being old as I do not think of myself as such,
My heart still beats at the same speed,
My laughter can still ring out,
Love can still fill my heart,
My mind can be even now filled with wonder at this amazing world we live in,
Age has just simply magnified all the above,
It has made me realise the miracle of what I have enjoyed in my life,
Yes! I have done much, more than some a lot less than others,
I still make a point of giving thanks to my God for what he has given me, yet most of all I bow to him for allowing me to continue on this glorious journey called life.
