Say This

This might not make much sense to you,
It barely makes any sense in my head,
Just be prepared to catch me though,
As to what I have to say,
May cause me to break down,
Fall apart or just emotionally close off.
What I have to tell you,
Listen closely and pay attention,
For I do not think I can say this twice
I'll take a deep breath
And prepare myself for my next sentence
Are you ready for what I have to say?
I only pray I have the strength to say this.
