Moonlight Dream

by Innocent Fairy   Oct 30, 2011

Draw me in with your crazy eyes
that gleam an sparkle
with the stars in the skies

And silver is your hair
with the luminous glow of the night

Handsome you are
charming you seem
but with a dark gleam

You hold me in your embrace,
brush the hair from my face
and gently slide your hand down my cheek,
You kiss me sweetly on my lips
and whisper in my ear
I love you

oh you take my breath away

Take me away
to see the milky ways
take me to your world
our love eternity
take me forever
I'm yours

Tell me some more
how much you care
give me all the sweetness I can drink

Sink your teeth into my neck
drain me, free me from this life
change me, so we can be
forever in this dream

I quite enjoyed reading this :) Made such vivid images form in my mind, very wonderfully done. I always love when I can be transported to the word of the poem :) *but then who wouldn't want to be transformed to a vampires world?*
    Wonderfully done,

Another nice work. I really enjoy reading your stuff. You consistantly put out good poetry. The vampire romance is bit overdone but you had a nice take on it.

Imagery is really in-depth and amazingly descriptive. The words evolving into metaphors and very strong flowing sentence are the key to this piece. Enjoyed the read, it was different and unique. 5/5
