is but a few easy mouse-clicks away.

Truly an amazing creature
of almighty technology,
this computer with magical
techno-capability.

It shrinks distance, time and space
with mind-boggling efficiency,
through streams of words and images
with awesome velocity.

But some fear this gadget of wonder,
might soon become our master,
forcing us to seek new needs
for its uses, no excuses,

as it spews, for mental indigestion,
seas of information,
glamorized as knowledge explosion,
as real education.

But enhanced global understanding
through ICT, I should say,
is more than worth the risk and price
civilization has to pay.
