Angel's and Demons (Mini-monoverse)

by The Poet Behind The Poems   Oct 31, 2011

Angel's Cry
From their eye
In the sky
As we die,
Where stars fly.

Demons crawl
On the wall,
Flames so tall
Burns them all
As they fall.

Mini-mono-verse is
made up of two stanzas of five three-syllable lines.
The rhyme scheme is a/a/a/a/a for the first
stanza and b/b/b/b/b for the second stanza.

I think that this was quite interesting, not only because of its form, but also because you chose to wrote those two stanzas about angels and demonds, which are obviously contrary. I agree to the comments above that your choice of words was simply, but it actually fit in my opinion and I liked the rhymes too.
