Can you hear her?

by Anastacia89   Nov 4, 2011

Shh, listen carefully, don't move. What is that noise, and why does it sound so heartbreaking?
Can you see her? The girl that is sitting all alone, consumed by darkness that is so intoxicating.
Her painful cry is so disturbing. Look closer and you might see what has happened to her.
She has scars and open cuts along her arms ands legs.
She"s been broken by the cruel world, and to simply die is what she would prefer.
So many times she has wished to never be born.
For a very long time now, she hasn't been able to see the light.
She cant forget all the years of  her father always sneaking into her bed,
Every moment replays in her head. A broken heart, heavy sadness in her chest and realistic nightmares at night.
Everyday she tries to be strong and pretend like she's ok.
But when she's all alone, her mind is uncontrollable and reminds her of all her pain fast.
All the hurtful memories come flooding back at once.
For she cannot escape her torturous past.
