Are you happy now?

by iFallToPieces   Nov 5, 2011

Are you happy now?
That you make me feel so weak
Are you happy now?
I'm so lost I can not speak.

Are you happy now?
I've sunk so low I can not see.
Are you happy now?
That without you I can not be.

Are you happy now?
That you're controlling my life.
Are you happy now?
You made me turn to the knife.

Are you happy now?
I've fallen to my knees.
Are you happy now?
That just one cut can set me free.

Are you happy now?
There's no future without you,
Are you happy now?
You've taken my life too.

That you're conroling my life. - controlling I think you meant in this area.

I don't know what of this is fiction and what of this is truth. It's a deep very emotional poem which comes from a part of you or a part of something you lived. I hope that all is well in your life.

The poem is well constructed, the fact that you did a repetitious are you happy now, really nailed home the point and was a very good factor which I use in a lot of mine, or used rather in the past tense.

    Thank you for the poem.

    Warm Regards,
    DS
