    Beautifully written.

    "Offspring trees cringe their
    Repressed limbs that are failing"

This line makes me think of a lost child in the woods, trees are an interesting thing to personify. 5/5

Pulling it off. The description is such short and heavy. A few words but the impact such deep.

    Offspring trees cringe their
    Repressed limbs that are failing,
    Manacle life lashed with rage.

This specific part is creativity as its finest. Exquisite imaginary. Penned.

Reading your words made me feel like I was in that storm and brought back memories of other storms. You captured the perfect storm. Nice work with both forms. Well done.

All right, this one definitively made me in awed.
Acrostic and Tanaka both incorporated in one poem yet you expressed and described a storm with just a few lines and followed two structures.

Short and sweet poem. By sweet I mean cool.

A stirring description of a perfect storm brewing to break the shackles (restraints) that have held it for so long. I can feel the rumblings, the rage and the repressed furor in this one.....a great analogy of how a storm blows apart the peaceful things in nature. Turbulence magnificient in a poet's language!

In only a few words you've captured the images of the storm quite vividly.
    Another well penned piece.
