Playing With Fire

by Curtis Putnam   Nov 16, 2011

I Long to touch you, but I cant.
This fire keeps me distant.
Somehow I love the way
you burn me senseless.

Singe me Blind.
Not the First time dead inside.
I know whats right,
Yet I let you burn inside.

And I just can't leave you....

This bed We've made feels so safe,
and I don't want to choose.
Between dillusion and sweet pain.
I just cant afford to lose.

What makes me breathe.
I'm in too deep.
So incomplete..
Somebody save me from burning.
