I absolutely love poems that tell a story

One of the hardest things in life is losing people you care about, friends and family.

It's hard to lose them when it's out of your control but sometimes... just sometimes it's harder to lose them from something such as a simple mistake. Something you can try to fix. Something tangible

I felt I could relate to this poem because I lost a friend over something so silly and I regret it all the time

I liked the rhyming in your poem. It flowed easy.

It's really quite funny, as I read this poem I also kinda felt like it was myself with my mum and getting into trouble for just kissing a boy lol I had strict parents before I got married and I felt reading this like I was the one getting into trouble also.

I love poems that tell stories and this one is amazing, I loved the rhyming and how it flowed, and I made a huge mistake that made me lose my best friend it really is hard. I loved it so much!

Sadly, this happens to some people in life and it's tragic that people are either homophobic or just plain dumb, I understand the mother's point of view but at the same time she didn't have to make her daughter quit being friends with you, towards your ex-bff I think she should've said the truth since the truth cannot be hidden forever. I dearly hope you mended your friendship and if not I'm very sorry for you.
