A whisper beneath the moon

Silence fills the air, nothing but
a cool breeze sailing across our skin
temptation, should I interrupt this moment
I stare into her soul and out comes a little whisper

"As long as the stars shine, I will
cherish you for the rest of my life, I will
make a sacred vow to keep you in my heart
take my hand and let forever begin, this is a promise".

    The title you've used indicates a romantic and mysterious picture, giving the poem a darker feeling..Love the repetition here, it felt more romantic :)

    I can see this playing out as you're staring at her then you whisper. You can feel the love as you promise forever. Short but beautiful :)
