Deafening Sounds of Heartbreaks

You see me unable to breathe,
choking with every grasp of air
I inhale, you thought I was having
a heart attack, but in reality I was
suffocating with this heart break.

You lead me to a world of pain,
watching me walk with a heartache,
but have you ever wondered how a
broken heart beats ? Listen to the
rhythms of agony it plays.

I will stand now only to break your
heart, to see you walking down the
same road I'm walking in, maybe then
you'll start hearing the deafening
sounds of a heartbreak.

    Heart break, The emotion seems real and the words not fake. Also its a good length, not too short not to big and therefore the message its stated clear and the poem as a whole doesn't become unpleasant.
