The power of a woman
Is not in their hands
But in their minds through their doing.
A woman is one with integrity,
Who is loyal and faithful,
A woman who is trustworthy,
One who knows pain and who is graceful.
A woman knows God,
She knows her past and understands her future,
A woman who once got lost,
And finally found and mature.
A woman is one who bears it all for her family,
A woman who is supportive to her husband,
One who knows what she has and appreciative,
Who knows where to draw the line and lands.
A woman is one who is not perfect,
One who met the challenges of life,
A woman who looks at a person with respect,
One who knows she is somebody's wife.
A woman is one who loves until death,
One who can not let go of what she had,
A woman who loves until her last breath,
One who is strong and brave.
A woman is one who knows how to stand on her own,
One who is beautiful inside and out,
Who knows how it feels to be alone,
One who knows she is a woman.
A woman is one who is a mother,
A hard worker who knows her steps,
A woman who takes the world and makes it hers,
A woman who leads the way for her children.
That woman i know,
The woman i call mother,
A woman i know not her life but how she lived,
That woman is my mother.
