Peace of mind

Sitting on a beach,
music to my soul,
calming onto shores
and the wind blows.

Breathe it in,
take it in,
a renewal
to my stability.

Calming are the storms,
warming as the sun,
it is peace and serenity.

basking in thoughts
and staring into the open,
beauty is the colors
as my heart fly's to life.

Thee ocean-
a call,
a need,
my everything.

It is a place
to be me,
give everything,
unravel puzzles.

It is a place for anything
anything I might acquire
for my hearts desire

Warming as the sun,
music to my soul,
sitting on a beach
as the wind blows.

It is peace...
and serenity.

    I started to get warm just reading this poem. It's summer here but at the moment it's raining and cold.

    I just loved how this poem made me take in a deep breath and ahhhhh get warmed up!!!

    I loved the flow of the words - you painted an awesome picture here and I could definitely see it clearly

    I loved the first stanza - Sitting on the beach music to my soul.

    I love listening to the waves crash as well on the beach. It is so relaxing

    A well written beautiful poem
