I am here
but..
my heart is
somewhere else

I feel...
lost

Thin air
could blow me
to dust

My mind
just keeps running
My thoughts
burning

I'm thinking
too much again

I'm gonna break,
cry

Each time
I get
Weaker an weaker

My strength
is dispersing

I have a hard time breathing
as my heart is breaking.
I can't believe my eyes,
beauty is hidden.

My life is not normal
a dysfunctional family
but close with love

My life
could never be
normal

I am here
but..
my heart is
somewhere

    I like the short lines - they portray the sense of anxiety and diffusion of energy.
    You may want to correct the non-ASCII in the first stanza: heartÂ; also, unless it was deliberate, you might check on
    "Weaker an weaker" Should it be "and"?

    Again, the tension and emotional charge is strong and compliments the substance. Nice work.
