Wow. This certainly was a poem of deep expression. In this world you're right. It is so hard to be happy, and there is a reason for that. So many bad things happen and its usually because of the selfish actions of humans. However, the future that awaits us may indeed surprise you, there is a hope for mankind and a hope for ones that are suffering. But this poem did ring true in many places and its always good to vent out our emotions whether good or bad. Nice write.

At times the truth does hurt us but that is part of life. We have to look for more, not be content with the way things are.
