Wow this poem is just amazing. You put a lot of emotion in to this poem great job.

Okay, contrasting to the first poem I read from you, this has a punch of emotion to it. There are some very cliche and over-used words here, and widening your lexis would help, but as a poem to release all your pain and hurt, this is quite good.
"I too got a heart which needs love, affection
and care"
---This part is very relatable and stands out in the poem. It really gives the reader a sense of feeling what the persona is going through.
"But there's no one who bother to look at me"
---eradicate 'there's' and 'who' and change 'bother' to bothers..
---this is not true. I've felt this before, one way or another, it just seems like no one cares and no one notices you, but with time, you'll start to notice who cares for you.
"Why should I take breathe and stay alive?"
---eradicate 'take'
"Nothing is worth to live"

---i agree with Mery, this is a powerful line. But this is not true. Let time heal your pain right now, and soon time will bring you 'your' special someone. Someone whom you care and love and someone who cares and loves you. You're still young. Enjoy being 'single'. When you enter in a relationship, no matter if it is serious or not, there is committment, and a little less freedom. So don't commit suicide just because you haven't found 'him' yet. He may be looking for you too.
Keep your head high and enjoy life 'cause it's short. If you kill yourself, you're not the only one you're killing. Think about your family, friends...
