PLEA OF A BROKEN HEAR

by April Vernie   Dec 15, 2011

I wrote thy music, thy songs of love,
To where I see your shadow lad,
In every single one that I create,
Your memory's dwell, I cannot resist.

No days and nights that had passed by,
Different from what my eyes shows, my heart breaks,
For when you have left it drowned me most,
Can I ever live without you? Or I'll be lost?

If only I'll be given a chance,
A wish perhaps, an impossible grant,
I'll ask for your presence, please come back,
I promise I won't make you sad.

My heart's longing is odd indeed,
It's been more than years, but still so clear,
Couldn't think moving on is this so hard,
I shouldn't have loved you if only you'll be gone.

Your memory is more like of a waterfall,
I cannot stop the flow; it's like a haul,
Should I need to be dead to claim thy prize?
Or hold on forever, till the end of time.

You really needn't die, nor punctuate the go, just for one, who devalues your worth. Learn to forgive your Past and move on.. Afterall, what repels, is not meant to be. Great!, though full of regret. Thank you for sharing.
