You don't believe in love
but still you feel it in your heart,
is that the very proof
that love exists

You feel all is lost
but you become filled
with joy and hope

While being down
and depressed,
with all that lingers
in your head

You push this feeling
deep down into your soul
away from your heart
away from your thoughts,
it lingers deep down
in a hole

thats someone special to do one of two things climb down there and pull it out or hang out till your ready to come back up

Your title and poem makes me think of the saying "ignorance is bliss" - the words you express about someone not believing in love but feels it.
