Revenge Begins

by melissa nordmeyer   Dec 22, 2011

She fell under his spell,
She trusted all his lies,
For he was,
One of the good guys.

She let him in,
She gave it her all,
But he wasn't there,
To catch her fall.

She fell in love,
He fell in lust,

She gave him her innocence,
She thought she could trust.

He played her mind,
He ripped her soul,
He crushed her heart,
Leaving a black hole.

He killed her smile,
Stole all she had,
All his hurtful games,
Drove her mad.

Now she sits,
An empty shell,
This truly is,
Her version of hell.

Red hot anger,
Begins to spread
As a plot for revenge,
Forms in her head.

She caresses the knife,
He won't have to wait,
For she shall control,
His horrifying fate.
