I love the words you've expressed "staring closely at imagined flaws;"
This reminds me of the woman (including myself) staring in the mirror nit-picking at every flaw that we feel we possess. Saying that is imaginary makes me think that the husband cannot see the same flaws as Rosaura. He sees her as this Greek Goddess in her bedroom who he obviously admires.
I feel this is a sensual poem which I enjoyed reading.
