Mirror Image

by Judy Summerhill   Jan 3, 2012

When you look into a mirror, just what do you see ...
Frown lines and furrows, or "crows feet" from glee.

Well whatever you see, that face is your own, from
years of experience into which you have grown.

So look beyond the surface, and look into your eyes,
behind that safe exterior and your clever disguise

You are who you are because of where you've been,
because of who you've known, and because of what
you've seen .... so be kind.
