Girl: I'm having my operation now babii. I love you.

The girl lays on operation bed. ......

Boy stands there holding her hand tight, with watery eyes without saying I love you too.

Girl finishes heart transplant, the girl looks around the room with no sign of her babii boy.....

Girl: Nurse where is he? He said he won't leave me :/

Nurse says: They didn't tell you who's heart they gave you, did they?

Nurse hands the girl a note

Girls reads note "I told you it was yours .. I would die for you.pls live life the way you would if I was wit u,carry on wit no hurt inside you, I told you from the start... My heart belongs to you....

Love you always...your babii boy
